Platform brand. Not a synonym for the product mesh and not a second public origin.

Cyber Fabric

The product: weave of PEPs (untrusted, enrolled, WAN / on-the-wire). QFC is the thread. Ikaros is how the weave decides.

Dual plane

Untrusted admission is separate from enrolled workforce. A PEP pattern, not a wireless SKU.

Field Mandate

Staged commercial fielding (L1 access · L2 content · L3 fusion/decision)—contracted delivery, not a slide deck.

Ikaros

Predictive Decisiveness Engine on the fabric: ingest → fuse → rank → propose → gate → act → learn.

QFC

Multi-plane fusion bus: one schema for edge, content verdicts, intel, and crypto-health signals.

PDE

Predictive Decisiveness Engine: ranks options, proposes acts, journals decisions under policy gates.

CEP-Rank

HUMAN_ONLY / AUTO_SAFE

HUMAN_ONLY is the live default. AUTO_SAFE is off. Design-intention FP/rollback numbers live on Govern and are not measured pilot data.

QUANTUM / quantum-facing

PQC, HNDL, CBOM as signals into QFC — not a quantum computer in the rank path, not “quantum-level AI.”
