Cryptographic truth over costume

A cryptographically relevant quantum computer is a horizon threat to RSA and ECC. The nearer danger is harvest-now, decrypt-later. Quantum-facing means a real migration program — CBOM health as inputs to Ikaros via QFC — not a product badge and not “quantum-level AI.”

We prefer NIST-standardized post-quantum mechanisms (ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA) and hybrid key exchange for operator paths as implementations mature. Public trust, inspection trust, and enclave trust remain forever separate. We do not invent boutique “quantum algorithms” for production secrecy. LLM narration is not a Q-Core processor of rank.

Internally, “Q-Core” if used means QFC + CEP-Rank + AEGIS kernel — classical prediction, quantum-facing crypto. That is not a quantum computer in the rack.

Ikaros fit. CBOM alerts fuse like any other signal. AEGIS still gates. ATT&CK IDs stay evidence, not a rival catalog.
